Worship & Music

The Worship and Music ministry meets with Pastor Kenyon on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Liefeld Lounge for about one hour.

This ministry selects the hymns to be sung that correspond to the church year’s selected readings used in the upcoming month’s weekly services. At
various times throughout the year we may assist with planning an outdoor service, special music for other church events, and certain religious ceremonies or celebrations such as baptisms.

The ministry is small, but we welcome and enjoy members’ suggestions and assistance in making our St. John’s worship special for the young and old alike. Our goal is to make worship special for all who attend worship services.
